The Main Lodge has three levels, so the group can gather without being on top of one another. The great room, game loft, theater, deck, and lower patio give different generations room to find their own pace.
When the seasonal Bunkhouse is open, its 12 beds sit just 50 feet from the Main Lodge. It is included with the lodge and cannot be rented separately.

A kitchen built for reunion meals
The kitchen has a double oven, two fridges, three microwaves, 36 place settings, and three highchairs. Two 5-burner gas grills sit on the covered deck.
Dinner can move outside: the 220-foot wraparound deck seats 40 for a group meal with the canyon around you.

The Main Lodge sleeps 22 across the Bear, Elk, Moose, Deer, Rainbow Trout, and Bighorn rooms, plus a queen futon in the theater. The Bunkhouse adds eight twin bunks and two loft queens for 12 more people.

Keep every age busy
Plenty to do without loading the cars
Movie night happens on the 12-foot projection screen. The game spaces include pool, foosball, air hockey, and basketball arcade. Outside are a full-size sand volleyball court, playground, playhouse, sandbox, tetherball, horseshoes, cornhole, and a private hot tub.
Bobcat Springs fishing hole is a 5-minute walk. Moose, deer, and elk sightings are common.

The details that protect a good reunion
- The Main Lodge sleeps 22 year-round.
- The Bunkhouse is normally open May–October. Need the extra beds for a late-fall gathering? Ask; it can often extend into November.
- Parking is limited to 10–12 cars, with no street parking.
- No pets, no smoking, and no outdoor fires.
- The lodge is in a quiet mountain HOA.
- The property uses a septic system.
- Minimum renting age is 24.
- In winter, 4WD/AWD plus chains are required.
