The kitchen has a double oven, two fridges, three microwaves, and 36 place settings. Two 5-burner gas grills serve the covered deck, which seats 40 for dinner.
For downtime, the property has a private hot tub, 12-foot projection theater, pool table, foosball, air hockey, sand volleyball court, cornhole, horseshoes, tetherball, and basketball arcade.
